Paintings by Zoe White-Chambers

On the Artists Wall

Zoe is an artist and musician from North Devon, who works in oils on a variety of wooden surfaces from old floor boards and cupboard doors to the inside of cuckoo clocks and suitcases. Zoe studied at Falmouth College of Arts and then went on to study Theatre Design at Wimbledon School of Art, combining her skills as an artist with her love of music and performance. Zoe explores subjects very close to her heart stemming from growing up on a North Devon farm with all the animals that made such an impression on her childhood. http://www.verakitchen.co.... more

Under The Skin

Three generations exhibiting together

Margaret Peters Penny Bearman Lucy Somers

Margaret Peters’ paintings depicting huge red onions, over-sized abstracted hedgerows and extra-ordinary paint textures surrounded her daughter Penny Bearman while growing up in North Devon. Now all three generations of Artists are exhibiting at the Plough with a commentary and critique of each other’s work. The exhibition represents a homage to Margaret who died 25 years ago, a celebration of her life and legacy.
