The Plough Arts Centre is seeking an experienced, creative, and audience-focused Programmer to curate and shape an exciting year-round programme of events. Working 22.5 hours each month you will play a key role in building and sustaining the artistic vision of the organisation alongside our programming team, while supporting our financial resilience through strong, community-responsive programming.
