Yoga for Better Sleep Workshop

Many of us struggle with sleep at some time in our life, and perhaps more so since the Pandemic and with things the cost of living crisis weighing on our minds.
Yoga provides many support mechanisms to help you prepare for a restful night.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have practiced and have a worksheet to take away with you on a series of Yoga poses and breathing exercises. These will help you wind down and work on getting a better night’s rest and sweeter dreams for the long term.
No prior experience of Yoga required, just wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, a pillow/cushion/large towel to rest your head on, a blanket and some drinking water.
