Reiki Sound Healing Meditation

You are invited to an evening of healing meditation with Sarah Ward & Karen Vogelin.

This healing circle is a deeply nourishing and restorative experience combining guided meditation, energy work, & sounds from singing bowls, chimes & the earth gong, creating a space of calm and peace, enabling you to rest body, mind and spirit at the deepest level.

Beginning with some grounding breathwork to anchor you into the present moment, you will then be immersed in a meditation using sound and energy healing to take you to a place of deep rest and healing.

Sarah will channel Reiki to clear and balance your chakra system and restore your equilibrium with some hands on healing as Karen creates a sound journey with the chakra singing bowls & earth gong.

Please arrive 10 mins early to give yourself time to settle and get comfortable for the session to begin, you will need a yoga mat/bedding (or similar), a cushion and a blanket and don't forget water.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended and you are welcome to bring warm socks, eye mask or anything that is going to make you feel comfortable and help ease you into the experience.

You are also welcome to bring a journal as there will be time at the end of the session to journal anything that you wish to reflect on more deeply.

Cost £22pp, spaces are limited.

Payment due on booking to secure your space.

Please message, call or email to confirm your booking in advance.
