Plough Youth Theatre Summer Show 2024 for 8-18yr olds
After a resounding success last year, where we created, produced and performed the original musical, The Wanderers, we are back this year with a shorter, sharper but just as spectacular summer show opportunity! Based around the idea of "The Midnight Circus", participants will collaborate with each other and director, Katherine, to create an entire production from scratch in just 5.5 weeks!
Focused on the creative process, the young people's individual strengths, developing strong bonds and a supportive cast, and of course on buidling performance skills, this unique and memorable opportunity is not to be missed! Spaces are limited!
Come to the free informal auditions on Tuesday 23rd July, 4.30 - 6.30-pm. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the performance, register interest in specific performance and production roles, and show off your singing, dancing, acting and musical skills, to be cast in the show!
£25 / £21 (supporters) per day (for the core 6 rehearsals) or £125 / £105 (supporters) for all five rehearsal sessions and performances - 11am - 5pm on Saturdays: 27th July, 3rd August, 10th August, 17th August, 24th August
Public performances on the 27th and 28th August at 7pm
