Pilates by Candlelight

I am SO excited to be hosting these ambient, evening Pilates sessions in the heart of Barnstaple St Anne's Arts & Community Centre during November and December - suitable for ALL levels

St Anne's Arts and Community Centre, The Plough, Barnstaple

The community centre is set in a Gothic building and is so charming yet unassuming to the passer by. Candles will fill the space around us as we practise both energising and relaxing movements and close with a restorative meditation. St. Anne’s is one example of an extraordinary group of historic buildings and I can't wait to share it with you all

Parking is available in Barnstaple central car park, less than <5 minute walk away
