Karen would like to invite you to a Gong Bath Meditation at ThePlough@StAnne's, Barnstaple, a beautiful building dating back to the early 14th century with amazing acoustics, perfect for a gong bath meditation.

Karen is really looking forward to sharing this event in such a beautiful space!

Please arrive around 6.50pm with your mat/bedding, pillow and blankets and make yourself comfortable for the hour session of healing sounds which will start at 7pm sharp. Please also bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Once you are comfortable the session will start with gentle chimes as you are guided into a relaxed state of being. The gong and accompanying sounds are used as a powerful healing tool which can take you on a journey and affects everyone in a different way. Being relaxed and open hearted will bring you deep healing to your mind, body & soul
