Following a hugely successful and emotional Oysterband farewell tour, the voice and spirit of Oysterband goes on.

John Jones, the powerful and charismatic voice of Oysterband, is joined by original Oysterband cello player Ray Cooper (Chopper), and Al Scott current bassist, guitarist, mandolin player and producer come together in a powerful travelling trio..

Three musicians with a shared musical history spanning decades come together to create something new, drawing on the songs, sounds and traditions that have shaped their remarkable careers.

As well as John’s own songs, expect Oysterband songs co-written by John — including some rarely featured live — alongside Ray Cooper originals, songs from the tradition, instrumental tunes and three voices in harmony.

With a wealth of instruments between them and a deep understanding of each other's playing, the trio deliver a rich, dynamic and intimate live show that moves effortlessly between powerful folk-rock, beautiful acoustic arrangements and traditional song.

Following successful tours of Denmark and the UK, the travelling trio are already establishing a formidable reputation as a live act, bringing together the energy, musicianship and spirit that have characterised their work for so many years.
