Yoga for Improved Digestion Workshop
Digestive issues are quite common and over time these can lead not just to discomfort but also general problems.
In this session, we’ll explore Yogic perspectives on digestion and issues that we tend to experience.
Then we’ll practice a number of Yoga poses which can alleviate digestive discomfort and that anxious tummy feeling.
You’ll go away with a worksheet to practice at home.
No prior experience of Yoga required.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, a cushion to help you sit comfortably and some drinking water.
