Women’s Yoga for Pelvic Floor Workshop
Pelvic floor issues affect many women and can be triggered by various things such as childbirth and then hormonal changes in mature years. This can seriously affect a number of areas for women, impacting on quality of life and confidence.
The more we can do to understand and work on the pelvic floor muscles, the better!
You’ll learn more about the pelvic “bowl” and then we’ll work through a number of Yoga poses and practices that gently work these muscles and help us to connect with, strengthen and build control of this vital area of the body.
You’ll go away with a worksheet to practice at home.
No prior experience of Yoga required. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, a Yoga block and strap if you have them, a cushion to help you sit comfortably and some drinking water.
