This exciting new term of creative writing workshops will give young people tools and skill development across a variety of creative and performative writing, such as poetry, songwriting, writing for film, developing narrative, writing comedy, improvisation to script, writing characters, and spoken word performance. Through the term, young people will have the opportunity to work on their own project, with experienced practitioners on hand to offer critiques, feedback and constructive development ideas. It is a very exciting project for anyone interested in performance and creative writing, whether their interest is in drama, dance, music or theatre making as a whole!
