Bioform Movement Lab

An immersive movement based space. Discover your body's natural movement capabilities through guided exercises, free flow, and specially designed activities that enhance spatial awareness and creativity. Embrace music and silence as you tap into your unique movement language.

Focus- Self-expression- Body Awareness- Experimentation.

Whether you're a seasoned mover or a novice, all levels.

Some areas we may cover:

  • Rhythm and musicality
  • Choreographic patterns and dance
  • Biodynamic/ somatic movement ideas and practices
  • Site specific based work
  • Body awareness, breath and stillness

"After studying contemporary dance in London I went to study the Cunningham technique in The Cunningham Studios in New York. I then studied Choreography at Dartington College of Arts (now Falmouth) I hold a BA(hons ) in Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths University of the Arts. After University I then went on to work with Seven Sisters Dance Company and the Kieran Sheehan Dance Theatre. I co-founded an all female performative wrestling team which we toured in the UK and who have also toured in Germany and Italy. I now work as a massage and bodywork therapist and continue my explorative of dance and movement".
