In this Bach Flower Remedy Workshop we look at the mixed feeling about the children going back to school after the summer holidays, and how the remedies can support you.
It can be a mixture of relief and dread.
Fear of change, and your children growing away from you.
There can be loneliness because the house will be empty, and guilt because you can get back to ‘normal’.
It’s complex!
You will each go away with a Bach Flower remedy mix which helps you with your individual situation.
