On The Artists' Wall

Lesley is an artist and a ceramicist living and working in North Devon. She has been making art for 10 years, in particular ceramics. Her ceramic pictures consist of small porcelain tiles which are made and then marked with patterns before kiln firing. They are then decorated with brightly coloured glazes and tiny pieces of recycled, coloured glass.  After a second firing, they are arranged in box frames. They can be displayed individually or in groups. Lesley takes her inspiration from nature which surrounds her in the beautiful countryside, not far from the coast.
