COVID-19 Safety Policy

Updated 10/12/2021

Plan B: Covid Update

In line with the Government’s latest move to Plan B for Covid suppression, mask wearing will be compulsory for audience members and for those moving around the building at all times, apart from when consuming food or drink.

We will continue to take all precautions against the spread of COVID 19. Our staff and volunteers will continue to wear face masks to protect themselves and you. “Don’t make us ask – Please wear your face mask”. Thank you for your co-operation. In addition:

  • Our air conditioning will be active in the auditorium, drawing fresh air into the space.  Doors and windows are open in the rest of the building throughout the day.
  • We also have Carbon dioxide (CO2) monitors in place, which help us identify poor ventilation so we can improve it (by opening doors and windows etc), thus reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19. We check and log spaces in use by the public.
  • Our extra cleaning practices will remain in place and hand sanitizer will be available on entry and in the restrooms.
  • We will ask seated customers to leave the auditorium row-by-row to avoid crowding at the exit.
  • We also encourage interval drink booking to avoid crowding at the bar.
  • If you have any symptoms please contact the box office to discuss your booking.
  • We will continue to follow all best practice as advised by the government – which of course can change from time to time.
